Nearly one month of fire tower.
Much has been learned in this modest flash, of the imaginary force called time.
Seconds, minutes, hours... becoming conscious of these, is one of this month's greatest lessons.
Looking back into regular life (even the relaxed East Kootenay, Kimberley life), I am shaken by the amount of experiences forcefully packed into a single day. Time is exponentially forward propelled in the altered state reality of: daily to-do's.
But here in the Boreal Forest, I have become acquainted with a realistic expectation of TIME.
The art of living and realistic time, are swell friends. Hand-in-hand, they dance for me when I pay close attention. Being mindful to everything around me outside of my thoughts, I can integrate my energy with the flow of life. Observing is my paid responsibility and an important hobby.
Here, time is comforting. Anxiety level is low; does not register. This time allows space for daydreaming, creating and watching the world go round.
In this time paradigm, reflecting and producing are both given the freedom to BE. Each equally important to a humans soul survival.
Bodies need nutrients.
Souls need nourishment.
Bodies need oxygen.
Souls need space to breath and fly.
Bodies need exercise.
Souls need movement and expression.
Bodies need water.
Souls need to wash clean.
Bodies need shelter.
Souls need protection.
BEING human.
It takes time.
